WGRM - Revenue Monster
- WGRM is one of our official gateway which offering a better deposit experience to customer.
- Using official gateway to deposit will redirect customer to payment page
- Duitnow QR need customer save the code and manually open TNG app to scan code
- The success rate of official gateway and the stability of the channel is higher than Duitnow method too.
EXAMPLE SLIP
WGRM Transaction Slips only will show the Bank Name, RFF Number will show with only Long number.
How to check slip
- Open VPN
- Gateway Login – Refer to Excel sheet : FP & VP Gateway Login > [Revenue Monster] – wgrm , and login to the correct backend.
- Go to PAYMENT → TRANSACTION to review payment record.
- Copy the full reference number and paste it into [Enter your keyword] field and search.
- Check the transaction status.
Successful : Payment received.
– Copy the Order ID and verify all detail in Fpay → Order List → Platform Order ID → Provide the merchant Order ID for reference.
Failed : Payment was not received. Will be refunded within 7-14 days (excluding weekends & public holidays)
– Inform merchant accordingly and ask merchant wait for the refund.
– If the refund not received beyond the time, CS need to forward the detail (Screenshot, Payment receipt, conversation history) to Whatsapp – Gateway order update. PIC will escalate the issue to the relevant team via email.
